Iran’s state TV has confirmed that Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi Died in a Helicopter Crash, Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahian, and others were also killed in Sunday’s helicopter crash.
According to Iranian officials, the accident occurred on Sunday in Jalfa region of East Azerbaijan province when President Raisi was returning to Tabriz after inaugurating a dam on the border of Azerbaijan and Iran.
Along with the Iranian president, the country’s foreign minister was also on board the helicopter that suffered the accident.
